Cancellation and Refund Policy

Welcome to Sangraha Cart! Sangraha Cart believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore implemented a liberal cancellation policy. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be processed.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 24hrs of placing the order. We cannot cancel your order once the Cart is locked.
  • Requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping.
  • Cancellations will not be accepted for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, refunds/replacements may be issued if the customer can prove that the delivered product quality is not up to standard.

2. Refund Process

  • Damaged or defective items should be reported within 15 days of receipt. The merchant will need to verify the issue before any action is taken.
  • The item must be not perishable, and returned must be placed within 24 hrs of order recieved
  • If the product comes with a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for resolution.

3. Refund Timeframe

If your refund request is approved by Sangraha Cart, the refund will be processed and reflected in your account within 3-5 business days.
